📋 What Does "Waiting List" Mean?
Joining the waiting list means you will be the first to be invited to do your Accountability Assessment when a position opens in your area. The Accountability Assessment is how we hire at Zibuke OnCall. It is not a traditional interview. Every employee must pass it before they are permanently hired.
What is the Accountability Assessment? It is a demonstration of accountability through measurable results. Sales candidates sell 45 active subscriptions in 3 months. Technicians complete 40 repairs. Drivers complete 70 collection and delivery jobs. There is no interview that can replace this. There is no CV that proves more than 45 active subscriptions.
Why does it matter? Because at Zibuke OnCall, accountability is our culture. If you cannot demonstrate accountability, you will fail here. The Accountability Assessment protects you from wasting your time and protects our customers from receiving service from someone who is not accountable. If you pass, you have proven you are capable of being accountable. That is why we trust it more than any interview, CV, or reference letter.
