Sales Manager Compensation

R16,000 / MONTH

Guaranteed basic salary. Plus tiered performance bonuses when at least 3 out of 5 Sales Representatives each sell 20 plans per month (60 total). Bonus earned on every plan sold above that 60-plan baseline. Your salary is funded by your team's portfolio performance.
